Sometimes I have no desire to get out of bed. Sometimes I just want to sleep all day. Sometimes I get mad at the puppies for wanting to play when all I want to do is sleep. Sometimes I cry for no reason. Sometimes I get angry at people for no reason. Sometimes I sit in my office and look back at the clock and an hour has passed. Sometimes I regret. Sometimes I feel lost and lonely. Sometimes I wonder what if. Sometimes I want to run and hide. Sometimes I doubt. Sometimes I engage in self-sabotage. Sometimes I lose my faith. Sometimes I engage in self-loathing. Sometimes I want to take it all back.

Sometimes, you just have to get the 'sometimes' out of your system - cry, be angry, sleep all day...whatever it may be. Then, you can start fresh another day and remember to smile and be thankful for your blessings. You are one of my blessings and I am so thankful for you!:)
