"Ce-law-brity" News Flash!

So, I love what I do, but I'm also a woman, so I love all things fashion and celebrity-gossip related. Most of all, I love when the two mix! Here's a few celebrity law issues in the news:

• Kim Kardashian sues Old Navy for its use of a look-alike in its commercials. Kim claims she has a reputation to protect, and using her likeness in an Old Nacy commerical hurts her brand. What do you think?
• The great Joe Paterno dies at age 85. His family says he found out he had cancer shortly after he was fired, but it was manaeable. Other says, the stress of the Penn State scandel killed him. Do you think the family has a case?
• Christian Louboutin sues YSL for use of its famous red sole. A federal appellete court will hear arguments that the red sole is a trademark that YSL infringed. Weigh in? Does Louboutin have a point, or is it a "sole-less" argument?
